- Registered Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe.
- Holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
- Hasundertaken various programmes on public finance management and related governance issues.
- Has been a member of governance bodies of various local and regional entities, and currently serves on boards of local public entities and private sector company boards.
