The East Africa Congress of Accountants (EACOA) is a biennial event jointly organized by the five East Africa Community Institutes of Accountants (EACIAs) namely, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) – Tanzania, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and the Ordre Des Professionels Comptables du Burundi (OPC).
